At Zolgrax.world, we are committed to providing high-quality language tutoring services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our courses and services.
Refund Eligibility
Course Refunds
We offer refunds for course purchases under the following conditions:
- Within 7 Days: Full refund if you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- Within 14 Days: Partial refund (50%) if you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have accessed between 20% and 50% of the course content.
- After 14 Days: No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the date of purchase, except in exceptional circumstances as determined by our customer service team.
Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are prorated based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription period
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds for the current billing period once it has begun
One-on-One Tutoring Sessions
For individual tutoring sessions:
- Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
- 50% refund if cancelled between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled session
- No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before the scheduled session or for no-shows
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:
- Completed courses or sessions
- Digital materials that have been downloaded or accessed
- Certificates of completion
- Administrative fees
- Gift cards or promotional credits (unless required by law)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team through our contact page or email
- Provide your order number or account information
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant documentation or screenshots if applicable
We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
Refund Processing
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy, including:
- Medical emergencies
- Technical issues that prevent access to our services
- Instructor unavailability or course cancellation on our part
- Billing errors or duplicate charges

Course Transfers
Instead of a refund, you may be eligible to transfer your enrollment to a different course or session, subject to availability. Course transfers must be requested within the refund eligibility period and may be subject to price differences.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, please contact us to discuss your concerns before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and amicably.
